    • There is a 10 minute grace period for scheduled appointments. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be automatically rescheduled or cancelled if it’s already been rescheduled once.

    • You may reschedule each appointment once, at least 24 hours prior to your session. If I have to reschedule you on my end, I will add an extra 10 minutes to your session.
